ProFit Gear had grown their business across two separate platforms — one for direct-to-consumer sales and another for B2B wholesale. This meant duplicate inventory management, inconsistent pricing, and a fragmented brand experience.

Their wholesale customers were frustrated by the manual ordering process, and their DTC customers had no visibility into bulk pricing options. They needed a unified solution.

A single Shopify Plus platform for both audiences.

We built a unified Shopify Plus architecture that served both B2B and DTC customers from a single storefront. Custom pricing rules, tiered wholesale discounts, and a self-service B2B portal were built using Shopify's native wholesale channels combined with custom Liquid and Metafields.

The new site unified checkout, inventory, and reporting — giving ProFit Gear a single source of truth for their entire operation. Post-launch, wholesale orders increased 60% as existing customers began ordering online instead of via email.
